4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Nest Women offers customization options where available, including selected colors, sizes, materials, and design details.

For customized orders:

• Please provide accurate measurements and clear instructions.

• We may share material, color, or design photos for your approval before production.

• Production may begin after you confirm the agreed specifications.

• Changes requested after production begins may not always be possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their submitted measurements and customization details.

Returns and cancellations for personalized products: Items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt from the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase where applicable law permits. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, incorrect, or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

5. Prices and Payments

All product prices and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

The currency, available payment methods, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown where required before you complete your purchase.

Your order will be processed according to the payment method selected at checkout. We do not knowingly collect or store full payment-card details when payments are handled by a third-party payment provider.

Nest Women aims to dispatch orders within the processing time stated on the relevant product page or communicated to you.

Our shipping information will be provided during checkout or in the order confirmation. Where applicable, orders may be dispatched from Germany.
